Project Management

As the NFLC undertakes projects of increasing scope and complexity, Project Management has been recognized as a functional unit that ensures effective processes, sound and timely cross-functional collaboration, and appropriate budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. The NFLC's lead project manager ensures that those responsible for managing all projects and components of larger projects have the tools and knowledge to be effective in their roles, and that heads of other functional units similarly are able to make sound and informed decisions.
