Debbie Grover, Director of Finance, Administration, and Resource Management

Debbie Grover joined the NFLC in September 2007 as a member of the executive committee after serving 17 years as a department administrator at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. While there, she directed the administration of academic, financial and human resource programs within the Departments of Mathematics, Cognitive Science, and Psychological and Brain Sciences, respectively. During that time she administered numerous grants from several agencies, including NIH, NSF, FAA, and DOD. Debbie directs all financial and administrative programs within the Center.

Debbie is an active member of the Society for Research Administrators (SRA) and the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA). She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology, and is currently working on a post-graduate certificate in Adult Learning. She possesses several certificates in the areas of management and leadership, department administration, and federal contracting. She is also a member of the University of Maryland Senate committee for staff affairs.
