Debbie Grover, Director of Finance, Administration, and Resource Management

Debbie Grover is the newest member of our Executive Committee. She joined the NFLC in September 2007 after serving 17 years as a department administrator in the School of Arts and Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. While there, she directed the administration of academic, financial and human resource programs within the Departments of Mathematics, Cognitive Science, and Psychological and Brain Sciences, respectively. During that time she administered numerous grants from several agencies, including NIH, NSF, and DOD.

Debbie has been an active member of the Society for Research Administrators (SRA) and the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA). She has a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology, and is currently working on a post-graduate certificate in Adult Learning.
