Farewell to Ralph Ginsberg, friend and colleague

Ralph Ginsberg, Professor in the School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania, a collaborator at the National Foreign Language Center since its founding, and a true friend of foreign language and international studies in the United States, passed away last weekend as the result of an automobile accident in England the previous Sunday. Ralph's wife, Lois, was with him and is presently recovering from the accident.

Ralph left kind thoughts in all those who knew him, and he inspired and challenged all who had the privilege of working with him. His passing will leave a deeply felt void.
