Museo del Barrio: Established in 1986 in Harlem, New York, El Museo del Barrio is one of the most representative Latin cultural institutions in the U.S. Its mission is showcasing the artistic and cultural diversity of Latin America, especially that of the Caribbean region.

LANIC Directory (University of Texas)
of sites with information on films and film festivals in Spanish. The information is organized alphabetically by country.

Argentine website for film lovers, and those with other passions.

Films.com
Videocassette distribution website. Allows both the purchase and rental of films and documentaries in Spanish, or containing themes relating to the Hispanic world.

NYU (New York University)
Website with information on guides, magazines and bibliographies of Latin American videos and films. Also offers information on festivals, producers and distributors, as well as providing access to university websites on Latin American film, and other interesting links.

El Instituto Cervantes
Database of Spanish and Latin American video and film. The Institute boasts approximately 3,000 tapes available for rent.

Visual Cultures in Spanish America
The website provides a gallery of more than 100 color images, interpretive essays, and a searchable bibliography on visual culture.
